The patient underwent upper eyelid blepharoplasty to improve her “heavy” look and the difficulty in proper makeup application. Despite her youthful facial features, the excess skin of the upper eyelid made her eyes appear tired. The surgery was performed under local anesthesia in-office. Ten months postoperatively, the result is perfectly harmonized with the rest of her face.
