Our patient visited the clinic with significant concerns about the appearance of her eyes, both aesthetically and functionally, as the advanced skin laxity of the upper eyelid had also led to a reduced visual field. Despite her initial fears, after a thorough discussion and clarification of all questions regarding the procedure, she proceeded with surgery under local anesthesia. The photos are one month postoperatively, and the patient is delighted with the result.
